Job description

**Job Purpose** Responsible for doing Sales Collection for Microfinance JLG Customers, as per laid out polices of the company. Ensuring qualitative Microfinance sourcing by conducting village surveys, CGT, house verification and income assessment, ensure collections and recoveries are done as per the Group/Centre meeting schedule. Maintain Healthy Customer Relationships on ground in the location.
