**Job Summary** The Centre Supervisor is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the diagnostic centre. The role includes supervising phlebotomists, ensuring quality patient service, resolving customer complaints, coordinating with collection centres, and maintaining operational efficiency across the assigned centres. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise and monitor the performance of all phlebotomists. - Ensure proper staffing, attendance, punctuality, and duty rosters. - Guide and support phlebotomists in following SOPs and quality standards. - Oversee phlebotomy services at: **PSC, CC & APSC** - Coordinate manpower deployment based on workload and operational requirements. - Handle patient and customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain high standards of customer experience and customer satisfaction. - Monitor compliance with SOPs, NABL/NABH guidelines (where applicable), and safety protocols. - Ensure availability of consumables, collection materials, and other operational supplies. **Qualification** DMLT/BMLT compulsory
