Job description

Job Summary The Centre Supervisor is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the diagnostic centre. The role includes supervising phlebotomists, ensuring quality patient service, resolving customer complaints, coordinating with collection centres, and maintaining operational efficiency across the assigned centres. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and monitor the performance of all phlebotomists. • Ensure proper staffing, attendance, punctuality, and duty rosters. • Guide and support phlebotomists in following SOPs and quality standards. • Oversee phlebotomy services at: PSC, CC & APSC • Coordinate manpower deployment based on workload and operational requirements. • Handle patient and customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. • Maintain high standards of customer experience and customer satisfaction. • Monitor compliance with SOPs, NABL/NABH guidelines (where applicable), and safety protocols. • Ensure availability of consumables, collection materials, and other operational supplies. Qualification DMLT/BMLT compulsory
