Job Purpose The purpose of this job is to provide MIS and administrative support to the regional manager for the assigned region. Job Challenges: Ensuring up to date MIS across the channel with a wide geographical spread Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Provide coordination and MIS support to the Regional Manager to capture performance parameters. 1. Collate vital data to enable decisions making by the Regional Manager. • Provide timely reports and updates to the on-business trends and activities, gaps and opportunities. • Provide admin related assistance to Function Head. • Assist in creating availability of Dashboards HOS on key performance metrics KRA2 Develop automation to reduce TAT and increase data integrity 1. Create MACROS/Dash boarding capabilities • Develop control checks to ensure process compliance.
