Job Title: PCG Advisor – Team Leader (AVP / VP) Experience: 5+ Years (8+ years preferred) About the Role Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd is hiring a PCG Advisor – Team Leader for the Private Client Group in Mumbai. Operating as a "Playing Captain," you will drive business growth by managing a team of 4–5 Advisors while simultaneously maintaining an individual portfolio to acquire and service HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership & Management: Build, mentor, and direct a team of 4–5 individual advisors to meet target objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a high-performance, client-first culture. • Business Growth & Revenue: Achieve assigned Broking, AUM, and client acquisition targets across both individual and team levels. • Portfolio & Wealth Advisory: Offer comprehensive advisory across equities, mutual funds, PMS, fixed income, derivatives, options, and structured products. • Cross-Selling & Wallet Share: Drive cross-selling and upselling of wealth products to maximize wallet share from HNI/UHNI accounts. • Trading & Execution: Oversight and hands-on participation in trading, order punching, and portfolio rebalancing in compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks. Role Requirements • Education: Post-Graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, PCG, Broking, or BFSI Sales, with direct experience in handling advisory teams preferred. • Key Skills: • Hands-on expertise in equity trading, order punching, derivatives, and cash market operations. • Proven track record in HNI/UHNI client acquisition, relationship management, and AUM growth. • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-handling capabilities. • In-depth understanding of financial markets, portfolio analytics, and wealth management tools.
