Key Responsibilities: • Handle IRDAI reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal audits. • Oversee nomination, examination, and certification of Specified Persons as per IRDAI guidelines. • Manage medical underwriting cases and ensure closure within defined TATs. • Prepare commission statements, reconcile invoices, and ensure timely settlements. • Coordinate with insurance partners for issuance, renewals, and policy management. • Lead a small team, drive productivity, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Track and resolve claims, complaints, and service requests. • Implement process improvements and support digitization initiatives. Candidate Profile: • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Insurance, or related field. • 6-10 years of experience in Insurance Operations/Compliance. • Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance processes. • Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance platforms (LMS, EGL, SFDC). • Team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
