Build the systems that enable our India-based and distributed teams to deliver AI solutions reliably and at scale. Location: India (Bangalore)Reports to: CTO  Key Responsibilities Data & Enterprise Context • Build enterprise-grade data platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, feature stores) • Expertise in Data Mesh/ Data fabric architecture • Implement RAG/knowledge base infrastructure for client context and grounding • Design data governance, lineage, and compliance frameworks • Establish data quality and SLA monitoring Responsible AI & Governance • Implement RAI frameworks (fairness, bias monitoring, safety controls) • Create monitoring systems for model performance, drift, hallucinations • Establish responsible AI evaluation and deployment standards • Ensure compliance and audit-readiness for enterprise clients Multi-Agentic Systems & Operations • Build infrastructure for agentic systems (orchestration, tool use, memory) • Design unified monitoring across platform, data, ML, LLMs, agents • Establish SLOs, incident response, operational excellence practices • Create dashboards and visibility for customer-facing systems Platform & Infrastructure • Design and execute GCP platform strategy; architect for AI workloads at scale • Implement training infrastructure for model fine-tuning and optimization • Manage infrastructure costs and FinOps practices • Establish platform standards and architectural patterns Team & Delivery • Build and scale high-performing India-based platform engineering team • Partner with delivery/services teams to enable client implementations • Own enterprise readiness and customer requirements • Hire, develop, and mentor engineering talent • Coordinate with global leadership on platform roadmap Required Experience • 12&#43; years infrastructure/platform engineering; 5&#43; years leading technical teams • Deep GCP expertise (Compute, BigQuery, Vertex AI, GKE, data services) • Enterprise data platform design (100GB&#43; datasets, complex ETL/streaming) • Experience with distributed systems, databases, and large-scale data processing • Strong understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals and modern AI systems • Proven ability to build and lead large technical teams  • Executive presence; ability to communicate with C-suite and enterprise customers Required Competencies • Architectural vision for multi-year platform evolution • Systems thinking; optimization across interdependent components • Technical depth; hands-on leadership across infrastructure and ML • Strategic leadership; making sound trade-off decisions with long-term implications • Execution excellence; translating strategy into metrics and delivery • Cross-functional influence; strong partnerships with delivery, product, engineering teams • Cost consciousness and FinOps mindset • Continuous learning in rapidly evolving AI landscape Work Environment • Location: India (Bangalore ) • Work Setup: Hybrid flexible  • Travel: 5-10% for client meetings, team offsites, conferences • Team Interaction: Lead India-based team; regular sync with global leadership • Work Hours: Flexible core hours with some overlap with global timezones Why Join Us • Leading AI Company: India-based role at global AI-driven services company • Strategic Impact: Direct influence on platform powering enterprise AI solutions • Technical Leadership: Work with cutting-edge LLMs, agentic systems, enterprise AI • Team Building: Build and scale high-performing India-based engineering organization • Growth Opportunity: Significant growth potential; 10x scaling ahead • Global Scope: Lead systems serving enterprise clients globally while based in India • Execution Focus: Balance innovation with reliable delivery to enterprise customers If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
