Thorough monitoring of accounts sourced, keep track on customer business and report any early warning signals and take appropriate actions as identified. Build a Portfolio which is strong and non-delinquent. • Regular tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy. • Track developments in the respective markets and provide feedback to the management team. • Stakeholder management Coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders Required Qualifications and Experience Practice Emotional Intelligence - Develops the team, supporting them to do moreListens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
