Job Requirements • Strong knowledge of coding principles, including medical terminology and coding conventions. • Experience with healthcare management services, preferably in a similar role or industry. • Proficiency in coding software and tools, such as electronic health records systems. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
