Collections Manager

Job description

- **Visit customers with overdue home loan accounts to recover payments and manage assigned cases based on risk severity.** - **Negotiate repayment plans or settlements within policy guidelines and ensure adherence to collection targets and timelines.** - **Educate customers on loan terms, payment obligations, and consequences of default while addressing grievances professionally.** - **Conduct field visits to borrower premises, guarantors, or property sites; trace skip cases and update records.** - **Maintain accurate reports of visits, commitments, and collections, and submit timely updates to the reporting manager.**
