The Hyderabad Hub Engagement Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at the Hyderabad Hub by driving meaningful engagement initiatives and fostering a vibrant, inclusive community. This role works closely with hub operations and local teams to ensure employees feel connected, heard, and inspired. Your contributions will directly influence hub culture and the day-to-day experience of Sanofian’s in Hyderabad. Main responsibilities • Work closely with Head of Hub Communications and Engagement and Hyderabad Hub Head to create and implement Local Hub Stakeholder and Employee Engagement strategy and plan (such as engagement strategy, communications plan, event roadmap, new-joiner onboarding, CSR) in alignment with the other Sanofi Hubs and Global Business Operations communication and engagement strategy and framework. Contribute, plan, and oversee the distribution of Local Hub engagement budget. • Manage development and execution of communications materials and content (such as fact sheets, briefing documents, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, presentations). Act as a trusted advisor to Hub Head, Hub leadership team, and Extended Leadership Team, and functional heads, on all internal communication matters • Define and implement Hub engagement, event and community network framework and provide best practices, checklists for implementation. Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Core Committee & Club Leads to manage our Hub Engagement Initiatives. • Drive Hub wide Employee Engagement Initiatives: Design and execute employee engagement programs that strengthen connection, belonging across the Hyderabad Hub. Plan & Facilitate Events: Coordinate hub events, town halls, recognition moments, and community-building activities — both in-person and hybrid • Employee Engagement activities for the Hub: Organize and lead the content creation and logistics of Hub events (e.g., Annual meets, Hub anniversary, Family Day, Sports day, leadership visits, marketplace, team building activities, onboarding days). Champion our company values and culture through engaging internal campaigns and initiatives • Work with agencies and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. Acting as a facilitatory at Hub and community events. Manage Communications: Develop and distribute hub communications, newsletters, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged • Collaborate with Hub Operations: Work together with the Hub Operations team and local teams to align engagement activities with hub priorities and business needs. Gather & Act on Feedback: Collect employee feedback through surveys and listening sessions; synthesize insights and recommend actionable improvements • Champion Hub Culture: Serve as a culture ambassador, promoting Sanofi's values and ensuring an inclusive, welcoming environment for all hub employees. Support Cross-Hub Collaboration - Liaise with other Sanofi hubs and global teams to share best practices and align enterprise-wide engagement priorities and strategy • Develop and implement a communications and engagement plan aligned with the global communications & engagement strategy for Business Operations and business priorities • Own and maintain a full suite of dedicated Hub communications tools and channels (internal social media, mailbox, intranet, webcast, events, etc.) to ensure effective and timely delivery of communications across the Hub • Seek opportunities to collaborate with Country/MCO Corporate Affairs teams to ensure appropriate inclusion and positioning of Hub stories into the overall Sanofi internal plan and editorial calendar. About you: • Experience & Education: Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in experience in a similar role or environment (preferred degree in Communications, Journalism or equivalent MBA in communications) preferably in a global business transformation environment, within Shared Services industry and/or Corporate Communications function. University degree, preferably in communication/marketing or a creative discipline. • Technical skills: Digitally savvy - Proficient level in using a broad range of Microsoft O365 (e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Yammer), communication tools, software (video and picture editing tools), and techniques. • Soft skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and oral communication & interpersonal skills. Self-starter, initiative-taker and ability to work independently under pressure and deliver high level of customer service.
