: Consultant - Braindesk Sales (Draup) | Location: Bangalore | Experience: 1-3years About Draup Draup for Sales is an AI-led enterprise intelligence platform enabling global organizations to drive smarter sales, GTM, and strategic decisions through data, research, and automation. Role Summary We are hiring a Senior Consultant to own end-to-end execution of research and consulting engagements. The role requires strong analytical thinking, team leadership, individual ownership, and the ability to leverage AI and automation to drive high-quality, scalable delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead delivery of research/consulting projects (account intelligence, industry analysis, ABM, competitive insights, etc.) • Own end-to-end delivery of high-quality reports by combining deep research with analytical tools • Drive automation of repetitive workflows to improve efficiency, speed, and scalability • Translate ambiguous asks into structured problem-solving and actionable insights • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity and delivery efficiency • Build and standardize processes, frameworks, and SOPs • Manage high-priority, high-stakes accounts through structured cadences and proactive engagement - Manage and mentor a team of analysts/consultants • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support customer-facing discussions when required Requirements • Strong academic background (MBA preferred) • 1-3 years of experience in research, consulting, analytics roles • Prior experience leading teams Core Skills • Strong research (secondary), analytical and problem-solving ability • Proficiency in Communication, PowerPoint (storytelling) and Excel (analysis) • Ability to create executive-ready insights and narratives Technology Orientation • Good understanding of AI (GenAI/Agentic AI), automation, and digital trends • Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows is a strong plus Other Traits • Solution-oriented and process-driven • Proven ability to drive efficiencies (automation/standardization) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Why Draup • Work at the intersection of AI, data, and research/consulting • High ownership and visibility with leadership • Opportunity to build next-gen, AI-driven delivery models • Fast growth environment with strong career acceleration Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
