### Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in business research, market intelligence, or consulting within the CPG sector. The role involves conducting comprehensive research, analyzing industry trends, and delivering actionable insights to support client decision-making. ### Key Responsibilities: - 5 to 10 years of experience in business research, market intelligence, or consulting, with a focus on the CPG sector. - Review OR prepare strategies to perform infringement analysis, including product search. - Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to clients based on research findings, helping them make informed business decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather relevant information, validate findings, and enhance the overall research process. - Stay updated with industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices within the CPG sector to continuously enhance research capabilities and deliver value to clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and delivering exceptional service. - Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposals, and presentations, showcasing Evalueserve's capabilities and expertise in the CPG domain. ### Core Competencies: - Strong knowledge/experience in the Techno-commercial domain. - Proficiency with IP concepts and basic knowledge of BR aspects - Prior experience of handling patent and core IP searches such as FTO, Invalidity, Novelty and so on will be an advantage. - Proficiency in utilizing research tools, databases, and industry-specific resources to gather information and data. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present research findings, cost modeling analysis, and competitive intelligence to diverse audiences. - Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. - Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients. - Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering excellence. - B.Tech, M.Tech or MS (Food tech, Nutrition Science, F&B, Dairy Technology, Polymer chemistry, Biotechnology).
