Job requisition ID :: 107918 Date: Jul 16, 2026 Location: Bengaluru Designation: Consultant Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP Kore AI Developer Consultant or Analyst Responsibilities • Develop conversational AI solutions using Kore AI platform. • Design and implement intents, entities, and dialog flows. • Integrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and backend systems. • Test and debug chatbot functionalities to ensure performance and accuracy. • Optimize conversational flows and NLP models for improved user experience. • Collaborate with designers and analysts to align with business requirements. • Monitor bot performance and implement enhancements based on analytics. • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in development. • Prepare technical documentation for bot implementations. • Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting. Skillsets • Proficiency in Kore AI platform and bot-building tools. • Strong programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js). • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning. • Experience with API development and integration. • Understanding of conversational design and user experience principles. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze and optimize chatbot performance using analytics tools. • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
