Job Title: Design Consultant – Presentation Specialist (HLS) Location: Organization: Fractal – Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) About the Role We are looking for a Design Consultant – Presentation Specialist to support our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) team at Fractal. Your main responsibility will be to create high-quality presentations and marketing materials for internal teams and clients. You will turn complex ideas into clear, visually engaging stories that help us communicate our work in analytics and AI. Key Responsibilities • Design and build presentations (mainly in PowerPoint but not limited) for: • GTM and pitch decks • RFP / proposal documents • Client presentations and internal reviews • Create marketing and communication materials such as: • Campaign graphics and banners • Posters and infographics • Newsletters and brochures • Work closely with HLS consultants, sales, marketing, and solution teams to: • Understand the audience and objective • Translate content into strong visual narratives • Ensure all materials follow Fractal brand guidelines and, when needed, client brand guidelines. • Manage multiple projects at once and deliver high-quality work under short deadlines. • Reuse and maintain templates, icons, and visual assets to improve speed and consistency. Must-Have Skills • Strong experience in presentation design (typically 3–6 years or equivalent) in design, visual communication, or similar roles. • Expert-level PowerPoint skills (master slides, layouts, charts, diagrams, and basic animation). • Good proficiency in Adobe tools – especially Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign is a plus). • Proven experience designing: • GTM and pitch decks • RFP / proposal documents • Marketing collaterals (one-pagers, PDFs, posters, mailers, etc.) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines. • Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. • Good communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders. Good-to-Have • Experience or exposure to the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) domain – pharma, providers, payers, or medtech. • Knowledge of Figma for collaborative design and mockups. • Interest or experience in using AI tools for design (e.g., for images, layouts, ideas). • Prior experience working with global teams or in consulting / B2B environments.
