We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, RD, and more. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain action trackers, decision logs, issue and escalation logs, review calendars, and regular programme updates. - Coordinate with client teams, government officials, public-sector institutions, and implementation partners. - Prepare performance review materials that clearly present progress, delays, bottlenecks, decisions required, and next steps. - Track agreed actions from meetings and programme reviews, follow up with responsible stakeholders, and highlight stalled activities. - Support the preparation and facilitation of government and partner meetings, workshops, and field engagements. - Document key discussions, decisions, risks, responsibilities, deadlines, and leadership requests in a clear and structured manner. - Ensure programme updates are accurate, consistent, timely, and suitable for senior client and government stakeholders. Minimum Education Master's degree required in public health, health administration, public policy, management, development studies, or a related discipline. A master's degree in public health is preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in public health programme implementation, government advisory, programme management, consulting, donor-funded programmes, or health systems strengthening. Mandatory Experience - Direct experience working with government officials or public-sector institutions in an advisory, programme-support, or implementation capacity. - Hands-on experience supporting programme implementation, including stakeholder follow-up, action tracking, execution reviews, and bottleneck resolution or escalation. - Experience supporting public health, healthcare delivery, health systems, or development-sector programmes. Required Expertise / Skills - Government and stakeholder engagement - Programme delivery, coordination, and follow-through - Meeting facilitation, action tracking, and issue escalation - Interpretation of public health indicators and programme performance - Clear analytical writing and preparation of senior leadership materials - Strong PowerPoint, Excel, documentation, and tracker-management skills Travel Requirement Must be willing and able to travel to Nigeria for client meetings, workshops, field visits, and other programme engagements as required. Preferred Profile Experience in primary health care, health service delivery, health systems strengthening, maternal and child health, immunisation, health governance, or government-facing implementation is preferred. The candidate should be organised, diplomatic, persistent, and comfortable driving follow-through without directly controlling government execution. **Compensation** : Decided on a case-by-case basis, pegged with the best in the industry.
