Job description

Role & responsibilities • Validation, and implementation of advanced renal diagnostic assays and reporting frameworks. • Interpret complex native and transplant kidney biopsies using light microscopy, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy techniques. • Reporting of Renal biopsies with TAT • Ensure compliance with CAP, NABL, ISO 15189, validation protocols, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). • Collaborate with nephrologists, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes. • Ability to write scientific publications, research initiatives, and adoption of next-generation pathology technologies. Preferred Candidate Profile • 1-3 years of experience in Renal Pathology / Post doctorial Fellowship in Renal Pathology
