If you are open to exciting opportunities, please share your profile or reach out to discuss. **Role:** Control Software Architect (HCU/VCU) **Experience:** 6–12 years Q **ualification:** B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D **Location** - Pune/Bangalore/Trivandrum **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle propulsion systems - Expertise in control strategy development for VCU (Torque, Energy, Thermal Management) across drive modes - Experience in modelling, simulation, tuning, integration, and vehicle-level testing - Proficient in Model-Based Development using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow and Embedded Coder - Hands-on experience in optimizing control software for performance, efficiency, range, and NVH - Exposure to full vehicle development lifecycle for HEV/PHEV/MHEV systems - Ability to analyze vehicle dynamics, stability, and performance using simulation and real-world data - Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams
