Role: Control Software Architect (HCU/VCU) Experience: 6–12 years Q ualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D Location • Pune/Bangalore/Trivandrum Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle propulsion systems • Expertise in control strategy development for VCU (Torque, Energy, Thermal Management) across drive modes • Experience in modelling, simulation, tuning, integration, and vehicle-level testing • Proficient in Model-Based Development using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow and Embedded Coder • Hands-on experience in optimizing control software for performance, efficiency, range, and NVH • Exposure to full vehicle development lifecycle for HEV/PHEV/MHEV systems • Ability to analyze vehicle dynamics, stability, and performance using simulation and real-world data • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams
