Role: Hands-on Technical Lead responsible for leading a small development team while actively developing and maintaining enterprise applications. The role involves full-stack development, architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and collaborating with Product, QA, and Architecture teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance. • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java technologies. • Work across backend, frontend, database, API, and integration layers. • Build and support REST APIs and enterprise web applications. • Drive technical decisions, application modernization, performance optimization, and security best practices. 5 Mandatory Skills 1. Java 8 & Java EE/J2EE Development (8+ years hands-on experience) 2. Technical Leadership / Team Lead Experience (mentoring, code reviews, technical ownership) 3. Enterprise Architecture & MVC Frameworks (Servlets, EJBs, DAO/DTO, JPA/Hibernate) 4. Frontend Development with jQuery, Bootstrap, and DataTables 5. Database & REST API Development (SQL, MySQL/MS SQL Server, JDBC, RESTful Services/JAX-RS) Important Secondary Skills • JPA, Hibernate, JDBC • REST APIs (Jersey/JAX-RS) • WildFly/JBoss/TomEE • Maven/ANT, Git/GitHub • Application performance troubleshooting • MySQL, SQL Server Preferred Domain Experience • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) • Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals • Regulatory/Product Data Management • Formula/Recipe/Product Specification environments Ideal Candidate A Senior Java Full Stack Lead with strong Java EE backend expertise , jQuery-based frontend experience , team leadership capabilities , and experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications in regulated or manufacturing-focused environments.
