**Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services** **Role\\*\\*Control M Scheduling L2** **Desired Experience Range\\*\\* 5 to 10 years** **Location: Bengaluru/Pune/Chennai NO WFH or Hybrid mode** **JD** - Manage and monitor **batch job scheduling** using Control-M. - Create, modify, and maintain **job schedules** to ensure timely execution of business processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve **job failures** and scheduling conflicts. - Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to optimize **workflow automation**. - Ensure compliance with **ITIL processes** for incident, change, and problem management. **Required Skills:** - Hands-on experience with **Control-M job scheduling tool**. - Understanding of **batch processing** and workflow automation. - Basic knowledge of **Windows/Linux environments**. - Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
