Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services Role\\*\\*Control M Scheduling L2 Desired Experience Range\\\\ 5 to 10 years Location: Bengaluru/Pune/Chennai NO WFH or Hybrid mode JD • Manage and monitor batch job scheduling using Control-M. • Create, modify, and maintain job schedules to ensure timely execution of business processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve job failures and scheduling conflicts. • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to optimize workflow automation. • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management. Required Skills: • Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling tool. • Understanding of batch processing and workflow automation. • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments. • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
