Experience : 6 years to 12 Years Please find the below JD Technical Skills • Deep expertise in: • Windows Autopilot deployment models • Microsoft Intune (Configuration Profiles, Compliance, Apps) • Microsoft Entra ID (device join, hybrid join, CA) • Strong understanding of: • Windows 10/11 provisioning and readiness • Endpoint security (BitLocker, Defender, ASR rules) • Co-management concepts (SCCM + Intune) • PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Process & Governance • ITIL-aligned Incident, Change, and Problem Management • Experience supporting audits, compliance, and security reviews • Worked in regulated / retail / distributed device environments Key Responsibilities\\* Windows Autopilot Design & Deployment • Design and implement Autopilot provisioning strategies • Define standards for User-driven, Pre-provisioned, and Self-deploying modes • Support new joiner, device refresh, and break/fix scenarios Intune & Identity Integration • Configure device enrollment restrictions and profiles • Implement compliance and Conditional Access integration • Optimize ESP and deployment sequences for performance Operational Support & Troubleshooting • Act as L3 escalation for Autopilot and enrollment issues • Analyze deployment failures using logs and diagnostics • Perform RCA for recurring provisioning issues Security & Compliance Enablement • Ensure security baselines applied during provisioning • Enforce encryption and endpoint protection at enrollment • Support Zero Trust onboarding initiatives Automation, Documentation & Transformation • Automate Autopilot processes using PowerShell • Maintain SOPs, standards, and knowledge articles • Support transformation from traditional imaging to Autopilot Note : EX-TCS Employees are not eligible.
