Job description

Experience Range : 4 years to 14 years Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer with experience in building AI agents, chatbots, and automation solutions . The role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Azure AI services. AI Agent & Chatbot Development Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio Build conversational experiences including: Topics, intents, triggers, and multi-turn dialogue flows Create reusable components, templates, and skills for faster delivery Implement prompt engineering and instruction design for accurate responses Technical Skills Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (must-have) Strong knowledge of: Conversational AI & chatbot development Prompt engineering & agent instruction design Experience with: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) API integrations and connectors Basic familiarity with: Azure AI / Azure OpenAI RAG-based solutions and knowledge grounding
