**Job Responsibilities:** - Responsible for meeting sales targets by daily connecting with the KDMs Key Decision Makers in Corporates and conduct Corporate NPS sessions to the employees and ensure employee registrations and contributions in NPS account - Guide the employees for digital NPS account opening and promote Axis Pension Fund as PFM - Gain higher market share of Axis PFM in the corporates and PSUs - Daily engagement with the Bank channel / customers and regularly visit for sales calls - Manage Axis Bank channel assigned and train their resources for NPS product and processes - Ensure quality and persistency of business and cross sell products required for better retirement planning like Annuity, GI, LI etc.
