Key Responsibilities: • Develop relationships with key EPC vendors, including coordinating regular touch point meetings at conferences and other settings • Prepare, distribute, and manage RFP packages for EPC services (and O&M services) • Ensure that appropriate diligence is completed on the potential supplier base through company pre-qualification procedures. • Interview and evaluate bidders, and work with all project stakeholders to reach award recommendations • Support the Senior Manager to negotiate and execute LNTP Agreements, EPC Agreements, and other consulting and services contracts, including all supporting exhibits, as required • Support Senior Manager to ensure that contracts comply with technical and commercial requirements • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders from Development, Project Management, Engineering, Safety and others Work Experience Qualification Required • Relevant college degree with preference for Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction or Business Management • Experience supporting negotiations for EPC contracts • Ideally has experience working in the utility-scale renewable energy industry • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team • Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and SAP • Business fluent proficiency in English Personal qualities: • Ability to deliver to critical timescales • Team player with developing negotiation skills and commercial acumen • Analytical with the ability to consider negotiation aspects from developers perspective • Strong eye for detail and ensuring accuracy in exchanges of information and contracts • Ability to carry out tactical activities when asked • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Consensus-builder • Positive attitude
