Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. BOM Understanding Validation - Review, verify, and validate Bill of Materials for all products. - Ensure BOM accuracy to support product costing and production planning. 2. Process Flow Study Cycle Time Fixation - Study product manufacturing process flow. - Define and finalize activity rates and cycle times for each process step. - Coordinate with production/engineering teams to gather cycle-time data. 3. Cost of Production (COP) Evaluation - Calculate and review Cost of Production (COP) for all products. - Analyze cost drivers and recommend cost-optimization opportunities. 4. Variance Analysis - Perform standard vs. actual raw material consumption variance analysis. - Identify root causes of major variances and support corrective actions. 5. Factory Operational Cost Scrutiny - Evaluate daily running costs of the factory. - Track expenses against budgets and highlight deviations. 6. SAP Activities - Perform standard cost validation and release. - Execute order settlements in SAP. - Run Material Ledger (ML) processes and ensure accuracy of cost postings. 7. MIS Preparation Reporting - Prepare weekly Cost of Production (COP) reports. - Conduct raw material cost reconciliation (standard vs. actual). - Generate cost-related dashboards and management reports. **Required Skills Qualifications** - CMA Qualified with 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing industry is mandatory . - Strong knowledge of BOM, manufacturing processes, and cost accounting. - Hands-on experience in SAP (CO/PP/MM modules preferred). - Excellent analytical and variance-analysis skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS report preparation. - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
