Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Conduct credit appraisal and analysis of SME clients to assess their financial health, creditworthiness, and risk profile. • Review business plans, financial statements, industry trends, and other relevant data to evaluate loan applications. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigating them. • Provide recommendations on approval or rejection of loan proposals based on thorough evaluation. Job Requirements : • 2-8 years of experience in credit auditing or related field (e.g., credit underwriting). • Strong understanding of various types of loans such as business loans, personal loans, home loans, loan against property (LAP), working capital financing options etc. • Proficiency in evaluating complex financial data including balance sheets, income statements cash flow statements etc.
