About the Role The Sales Manager Credit Cards is responsible for endtoend fulfilment of preapproved and centrally sourced credit card leads, ensuring high conversion rates, timely onboarding, activation and early usage. The role focuses on translating approved pipelines into active card customers abd providing banking products through cross sell while maintaining portfolio quality, process discipline and customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Drive fulfilment of preapproved and centrally generated credit card leads sourced through digital, analytics, branch or partner channels. • Ensure high leadtobooking conversion through structured followups and execution discipline. • Manage lead ageing and minimise dropoffs across the fulfilment funnel. • Ensure timely card activation postissuance through proactive customer engagement. • Coordinate customer communication for welcome calls, benefits explanation and usage nudges. • Manage and monitor fulfilment executives / telesales / onroll teams responsible for lead closure and onboarding. • Drive daily productivity, call discipline, conversion metrics and service quality. • Coach teams on customer handling, objection management and process adherence. • Ensure fulfilment strictly adheres to credit policy, eligibility norms and underwriting approvals. • Monitor early delinquency, cancellations and attrition trends within fulfilled portfolios. • Resolve fulfilmentrelated escalations and customer complaints within defined TATs. • Provide feedback to sourcing and analytics teams to improve lead quality and conversion • Maintain high documentation accuracy and zerodefect onboarding standards. • Ensure all fulfilment activities comply with Bank policies, regulatory guidelines and ethical sales standards. • Adhere to customer consent, suitability and communication norms.
