Job description

**Key Responsibilities & Duties:** - **Credit Underwriting & Analysis:** Evaluate creditworthiness for affordable housing and secured loans (LAP) by analyzing financial documents, income, and bank statements. - **Risk Management:** Manage risks associated with housing loan portfolios, conducting personal discussions (PD) with applicants to verify authenticity. - **Compliance & Policy adherence:** Ensure all loan applications adhere to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines set by RBI and the bank. - **Loan Processing & Documentation:** Oversee the loan documentation process, including Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deed (MODT). - **Portfolio Management:** Monitor front-end delinquencies and maintain quality of the loan portfolio
