Credit Manager - Working Capital & Credit Analytics

Job description

Role & responsibilities : • Develop, monitor, and update credit lending policies in line with the bank's credit framework. • Analyze the impact of credit policies and lending programs to support business growth. • Draft and implement credit policies, process notes, and compliance frameworks. • Conduct portfolio monitoring, credit analytics, and risk assessment. • Develop and maintain credit scoring models, scorecards, and perform back-testing. • Drive process improvement, digitization, and automation initiatives. • Coordinate with stakeholders on technology and business projects. • Perform portfolio hindsighting and support policy reviews based on business and regulatory requirements. Preferred candidate profile : • Candidates having understanding on the Working Capital business processes and currently either in the Credit/Product role would be preferred. • A master's degree in business administration, CA, finance, or a related field, along with relevant years of experience in banking. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets. • Self-driven, strong communication, go-getter attitude and ability to interact with internal stakeholders.
