Role: Associate - CRM Location: Bangalore/Mumbai The Associate - CRM will be responsible for managing CRM operations and supporting Contact Center teams through LeadSquared (LSQ) and related tools. The role involves handling CRM-related queries, monitoring lead management processes, analyzing business data, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. The candidate will work closely with Sales, Operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth CRM functioning and timely issue resolution. What we are looking for: CRM Operations & Support • Manage day-to-day activities on LeadSquared (LSQ) and related systems. • Handle CRM-related queries and support requests raised by • Contact Center and support teams. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve system and process issues. • Monitor lead assignment, lead movement, and CRM workflows to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain process documentation and support operational governance. Analytics & Reporting • Analyze CRM and contact center data using SQL and Excel. • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance trackers. • Monitor key metrics such as lead assignment, lead aging, contact rates, productivity, and conversions. Identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities through data analysis. • Ensure data accuracy and support business reporting requirements. Process Improvement & Automation • Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and reduce manual effort. • Support CRM automations, workflow enhancements, and lead distribution improvements. • Work with stakeholders to implement process changes and system enhancements. • Participate in initiatives related to lead scoring, reporting improvements, and operational efficiency. Contact Center Support • Support lead servicing and CRM-related operations for contact center teams. • Help improve user experience by ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Analyze recurring tickets and recommend long-term fixes. • Support initiatives aimed at improving agent productivity and lead conversion. Who you are: • Prior hands-on experience with LeadSquared (LSQ) is mandatory. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel. • Experience in CRM operations, lead management, or contact center support. • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. • Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. • Strong communication and coordination skills.
