Role Overview Hexaware Technologies is hiring Customer Service Executives to deliver exceptional client support and service quality. Key Responsibilities • Handle customer queries and service requests professionally via phone and other channels. • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. • Document interactions and maintain records in CRM systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns. • Uphold service quality standards and compliance guidelines. Candidate Requirements • Education: HSC passed (minimum qualification). • Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (mandatory). • Skills: Excellent English communication skills. • Location: Must be comfortable working from Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. Work Schedule & Compensation • 5 working days per week. • Fixed weekly offs: Saturday & Sunday. • Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (fixed). • Salary: Up to ₹19,500 in‑hand, based on experience. • Interview Process: All rounds conducted telephonically.
