Exp: 5 to 8yrs Location: Bangalore/Pune **Mandatory skills**- D365 Sales / Customer Insights / Customer Service, Model driven and Canvas apps, Plugins, Power Automate, Custom API's, .net API development, DataVerse, PCF controls, CI/CD for D365 deployments **Job Description** - In-depth hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS). - Canvas Apps Development: Must have - Production-grade apps, not just prototypes - Power Fx formulas - Performance tuning - Responsive / Accessible UI - Custom connectors - Solution Development and Versioning - Dataverse Development: Must have - Server-side business logic not just basic steps - Plugin development - Pre / post images - Custom APIs - Error & transaction management - Power Automate Development: Must have - Complex multi-step flows, not just basic triggers - Cloud flows (trigger types) - Error handling / scopes - Child flows / HTTP - Custom Connectors - Architecture & design decisions: Must have - Plugin vs flow knows when to use which - Solution layering strategy - Canvas vs model-driven trade-offs - Environment strategy (dev / test / prod) - Good To Have: - ALM & DevOps ownership - CI/CD with Power Platform Build Tools - Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions pipelines - Managed vs unmanaged solution strategy - Source control for canvas apps (unpack) - Azure Integration - SQL / T-SQL - PCF controls - Model-driven apps experience in designing business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services. - Development lifecycle and Azure DevOps knowledge - Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA). - Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments - Proven communication skills
