Data Engineer - Snowflake

Job description

Role: Data Engineer - Snowflake Experience: 6-10 Years Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake. • Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for data integration and transformation. • Work with large datasets from multiple sources and ensure data quality. • Develop data models, schemas, and performance tuning strategies in Snowflake. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements. • Implement data security, governance, and best practices. Required Skills: • Strong experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse. • Hands-on experience in SQL, Data Modeling, and Performance Optimization. • Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Matillion, Talend, or Azure Data Factory. • Knowledge of Python/Shell Scripting. • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms. • Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and Agile methodologies. Nice to Have: • Snowflake Certification. • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
