We are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst, Vice President.** The Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst, Vice President plays a critical role in advancing the HR Data Domain's Data Governance strategy through the development of data quality, governance compliance, controls effectiveness, and adoption metrics. This role serves as the primary owner for translating governance performance data into meaningful insights that enable informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities, data visualization expertise, and governance knowledge to create a comprehensive view of HR Data Domain health. This individual will partner closely with HR, Enterprise Data Office, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Data Consumers to measure, monitor, and communicate the effectiveness of Data Governance practices across the domain. This role requires a strategic thinker who can connect data, controls, metrics, and business outcomes to tell a cohesive story regarding the quality, reliability, and governance of HR data assets. **Key responsibilities include:** **Data Governance Metrics & Performance Management** - Define, develop, implement, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards that measure Data Governance maturity, Data Quality performance, compliance, controls effectiveness, lineage completeness, and overall domain health. - Establish targets, thresholds, trend analysis methodologies, and performance reporting standards. - Evaluate effectiveness of governance initiatives by measuring improvements in data quality, control sustainability, policy adherence, and risk reduction. - Monitor and report on critical data quality indicators, including rule performance, breaches, defect trends, remediation effectiveness, and sustainability outcomes. **Governance Adoption & Compliance Measurement** - Develop and maintain metrics that demonstrate adoption of Data Governance policies, standards, procedures, and operating model requirements across HR. - Measure governance maturity and compliance across business processes, data domains, critical data elements, controls, and governance activities. - Identify adoption gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities for increased governance effectiveness. - Provide data-driven recommendations to improve compliance, accountability, and governance outcomes. **Data Analytics & Insights** - Analyze governance, quality, and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and emerging risks. - Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations. - Conduct benchmarking, performance assessments, and comparative analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Partner with stakeholders to understand data consumer needs and develop meaningful performance measures that reflect business value and risk. **Data Storytelling & Executive Reporting** - Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations that communicate the health and effectiveness of the HR Data Domain. - Transform complex governance and quality metrics into clear, concise business narratives that support decision-making by senior leadership. - Present insights and recommendations to governance forums, data councils, regulatory stakeholders, and executive management. **Dashboard Development & Visualization** - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting tools. - Drive continuous enhancement of reporting solutions to improve usability, transparency, and actionable insights. - Ensure visualizations effectively communicate performance, risk, adoption, and compliance trends to both technical and non-technical audiences. **Governance Framework Support** - Support implementation and operationalization of Enterprise Data Governance policies, standards, controls, and procedures. - Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Managers, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to strengthen governance execution. - Support regulatory, audit, and risk management activities through development of governance performance reporting and measurement frameworks. **A****rtificial intelligence (AI) and Advanced Analytics Tools** - Identify patterns, trends, and emerging theme and generate actionable metrics and performance insight. - Highlight business benefits, gaps, and areas of risk. - Support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. **As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:** **Required Experience** - 10–15 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related disciplines. - Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level n
