Job Title: Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist / AI & Machine Learning Engineer Experience Require dMinimum 3-6+ year s of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence . Jr Data Scientist - 3-4 years Sr Data Scientist - 6-8+ years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motiva ted Data Scientist / AI Engi neer to work on cutting‑edge AI solutions in collaboration with leading business partners. The ideal candidate will design, build, deploy, and explain advanced machine learning models that drive measurable business outcomes while adhering to principles of Explainable and ResponsibleAI Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy advan ced AI/ML solut ions Bu ild predictive & prescriptive mo dels to drive business outcomes Develop end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → deployment) Work on LLM & RAG-based applicat ions and GenAI solutions Deploy models and make t hem API-ready for production use Apply techniques l ike clustering, regression, simulation, and scenario anal ysis Build PoCs, MVPs, and experiment with cutting-edge approaches Implem ent Explainable & Responsible AI ( XAI) practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakehol ders Required Skills & Qualifica tions Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Proficienc y in Python & SQLHands-on Experience with:Machine Learning & Traditional ML • ModelsLLMs, RAG Applications, GenA , AI • Strong understanding of statistics (regression, distributions, hypothesis testing)Experience working with large datasets • Experience in deploying model s as production-grade • APIsExcellent communication Skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in fast‑paced, agile, or research‑driven environments Exposure to cloud platforms and MLOps practices Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous le arning Pref erred: Experience in agile/fast-paced environments Exposu re to cloud & MLOps pra ctices Passion for innovation and continuous learn ing 📍 Loc ation: Chennai & Bangalore (Preference for Chenn ai) 📌 Note: Strictly lookin g for pure Data Science pr ofiles (Not Data Engineering / Data Analytics)
