Skill: Automation Testing, API testing Banking Domain is Mandatory Total Experience 7 Years to 10 Years Location: Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad Looking for an experienced SDET Test Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience in Automation Testing and API Testing. Candidates must have prior experience in the Banking domain and should be capable of leading test automation initiatives, designing automation frameworks, and mentoring team members. 1. Lead the design, development, and execution of automation test frameworks and scripts. 2. Drive automation strategy across CI/CD pipelines for faster, high‑quality releases. 3. Mentor the automation team and ensure adherence to best testing practices. 4. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to define test coverage and resolve defects. 5. Analyze automation results, optimize scripts, and continuously improve test efficiency. Language & Tool: Python, Java, Selenium Requirements: • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role. • Strong proficiency in automation tool • Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Interested candidates who meet the above criteria can apply through the link below.
