Job Title: DataStage Developer Experience: 2-8 Years Location: PAN India Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a talented IBM DataStage Developer with 2-8 years of experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in IBM InfoSphere DataStage, SQL, and database technologies, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL solutions that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage. • Develop and maintain data integration workflows for loading data from multiple source systems into data warehouses and data marts. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions. • Implement data cleansing, validation, and transformation logic. • Optimize DataStage jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability. • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities. • Troubleshoot ETL job failures and resolve production issues. • Work closely with database administrators, business analysts, and data architects. • Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies. Required Skills • 2-8 years of hands-on experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage development. • Strong experience in ETL design and development. • Proficiency in SQL and database concepts. • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. • Knowledge of DataStage components including: • Designer • Director • Administrator • Manager • Parallel Jobs • Sequence Jobs • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. • Experience in Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting. • Knowledge of source code management tools such as Git. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
