**Key Responsibilities** 1. Delivery Management - Own and manage delivery for one or more mid-to-large accounts in the Data Engineering/Analytics domain. - Ensure successful execution of programs/projects aligned to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. - Establish strong governance structures, track delivery metrics, and proactively manage risks/issues. **2. Financial & P&L Management** - Support and manage account-level financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking. - Drive margin improvement initiatives through effective resource utilization, pyramid optimization, and cost efficiency. - Monitor delivery KPIs such as utilization, billing, and profitability. 3. **Client & Stakeholder Management** - Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across business and IT. - Act as a reliable point of contact for delivery-related engagements. - Collaborate with sales/presales teams to support account mining, renewals, and growth opportunities. **4. Team Leadership & People Development** - Lead and manage delivery teams comprising data engineers, leads, and architects (onshore/offshore). - Mentor team members and drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Work closely with practice/CoE teams for skill development and capability building. **5. Technical Oversight** - Possess strong understanding of modern data architectures including cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT, data lakes, and streaming. - Provide oversight on solution design and ensure alignment with best practices. - Stay current with evolving technologies including cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and next-gen data platforms. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 12+ years of experience with strong background in delivery management in Data Engineering/Analytics. - Proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery for client accounts. - Exposure to handling account-level financials / small P&L. - Strong expertise in data engineering technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, ETL tools, etc.). - Hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations. - Experience leading distributed teams (onsite/offshore model). - Strong problem-solving, communication, and program management skills. - Engineering/technical degree required; MBA preferred
