Job description

Roles and responsibilities: 1. Serve as a senior delivery leader responsible for end-to-end delivery excellence across large-scale, multi-vendor, matrixed enterprise engagements, managing 100+ onshore and offshore resources across multiple portfolios. 2. Lead daily/weekly syncs, bi-weekly governance forums, and executive reviews; ensure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, intake workflows, and time tracking; own and drive portfolio health dashboards (productivity, automation coverage, defect leakage, efficiency trends). 3. Champion automation-first delivery models in QA and engineering; drive adoption of Agentic AI for AI-assisted test design, autonomous testing agents, intelligent utilities, and AI-driven quality optimization; promote reusable automation frameworks and accelerators. 4. Provide strategic technical leadership for major releases, cutovers, and production deployments; resolve critical technical impediments; drive high automation coverage, in-sprint automation, regression optimization, and rollback prevention strategies. 5. Act as a people leader for managers and leads; mentor next-generation leaders; manage performance reviews, engagement, retention, and PIPs; resolve inter-vendor and cross-team conflicts decisively to maintain collaboration and morale. 6. Serve as the trusted delivery partner for internal captive teams, external clients, and senior stakeholders (L3/L4); maintain transparent, proactive communication on delivery status, risks, and dependencies; influence alignment across vendors, internal units, and delivery teams. 7. Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and release estimations; ensure optimal resource allocation across portfolios; manage talent acquisition, upskilling, and succession planning for high-potential individuals. 8. Drive adoption of advanced testing practices in Selenium, Java, and test automation frameworks; promote impact-based testing, test coverage optimization, and defect leakage reduction; ensure compliance with enterprise QE standards. 9. Lead cross-portfolio upskilling initiatives; foster a culture of innovation through AI agents, reusable utilities, and automation accelerators; identify and scale high-impact capabilities across delivery teams. 10. Act as a change agent for AI-led delivery transformation, leveraging Agentic AI to enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, improve test accuracy, and accelerate time-to-market—driving measurable ROI across QA and engineering functions.
