Location: Hyderabad, India Job Type: Full-Time | Work Model: 5 Days WFO (Mandatory) Experience: 8 to 10 Yrs Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM | Integrations | Custom App Development) ValueLabs is looking for skilled ServiceNow Developers to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. If you have hands-on experience in ITSM, ServiceNow integrations, custom application development, JavaScript, and Flow Designer, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge platforms powering global enterprises! ✅ What You’ll Do: • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.) • Build and manage custom applications using ServiceNow’s platform (Application Engine, UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.) • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and web services • Utilize Flow Designer to automate complex business workflows and service processes • Write clean, efficient JavaScript (Client & Server-side) for custom logic and UI enhancements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design, testing, and deployment • Support ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and release management 🛠️ What We’re Looking For: • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and custom application development • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow UI/UX customization • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, Web Services) • Familiarity with ServiceNow Application Development Lifecycle (ADL) and DevOps practices • Understanding of ITIL principles is a plus • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
