Information about Agilent is available at www.agilent.com  • Proactively manages AVP-GSCS  calendar and schedules, including coordinating meeting logistics as well as recurring internal staff meetings and other management level monthly reviews. Maintains awareness of significant deadlines and plans proactively for them. • Coordinates all aspects of travel arrangements including booking flights, concur expense claims, hotel and local transportation; providing agendas and itineraries; and arranging visa/passport requirements as needed. • Planning and management of quarterly webcasts, assisting with the development of content and slides. • Coordinating logistics, agenda, and minutes for various meetings and functions (monthly/quarterly) such as: o    Quarterly Webcasts / Townhallso    Business Review Meetingso    Staff Meetingso    Monthly Meetings•    Communicates professionally with internal customers, external suppliers, other executives and employees at all levels of the company.•    As needed, may participate in and/or lead projects within the function•    Manages SharePoint database.•    Responsible for ensuring Organization Charts are maintained and updated on Internal G sites.•    Act as an execution partner to the GSCS leadership team by coordinating priorities and ensuring smooth operational rhythm. •    Anticipate administrative needs and proactively resolve issues. •    Help maintain focus on strategic priorities through effective planning and follow-up. •    Provide confidential handling of sensitive organizational and personnel information. Core Competencies•    Executive Presence•    Planning & Organization•    Communication Excellence•    Stakeholder Management•    Attention to Detail•    Proactive Problem Solving•    Confidentiality & Trust•    Global Collaboration Qualifications •    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.•    5–10 years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders in a global environment.•    Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•    Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.•    Experience supporting global operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or technology organizations preferred. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
