**Job Description** - 1. Achieves company objectives in terms of cost reduction, supply base management, quality and delivery time, able to prioritize as per organization needs - 2. Industry knowledge of Manufacturing or textiles or Furnitures - Hands on experience in SAP, Had worked with excel and Data Management(preferred) - 3. Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies - 4. Seek and partner with reliable vendors, work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments - 5. Measuring, tracking & reporting forecast accuracy and corrective actions to drive improved outputs - 6. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries - 7. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand - 8. Keep a constant check on stock levels and Inventory Management - 9. Track, measure and analyse purchase expenditures - 10. Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms - 11. Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power - 12. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness - 13. Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking - 14. Produce reports and statistics on spending and saving - 15. Industry knowledge of Manufacturing or Home textiles or White goods appliances - Hands on experience in SAP, Had worked with excel and Data Management(preferred) - 16. Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills - Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools - 17. Ability to lead and motivate the team towards the key metrics like On time in full delivery, YOY Cost saving, Inventory management, Digitalization and Supplier compliance - 18. Sustain Compliance audit on Procurement process to determine the completeness, efficacy as well as the accuracy of the purchasing products, materials, and services for their organization.
