Job Description: Deputy Manager – Ind AS Reporting (Fresher CA) Company: Nivabupa Health Insurance Company Limited Department: Finance & Accounts / Financial Reporting Location: Noida Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year (Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant) The candidate will support the Ind AS financial reporting function, working closely with the Financial Reporting/Controllership team to ensure compliance with Ind AS (including Ind AS 117 – Insurance Contracts, Ind AS 109 – Financial Instruments) and regulatory requirements applicable to insurance companies (IRDAI guidelines). Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of financial statements under Ind AS, including quarterly and annual reporting Support Ind AS 117 (Insurance Contracts) implementation and ongoing compliance — CSM computation, risk adjustment, contract boundary assessments Assist with Ind AS 109 classification and measurement of financial instruments, ECL computation Reconcile Ind AS financials with IGAAP/regulatory returns (IRDAI reporting formats) Support statutory and internal audits — coordinate with auditors, prepare schedules and working papers Assist in disclosures required under Ind AS and Schedule IIA (insurance format) Support month-end/quarter-end closing activities Assist with technical accounting research/memos on new standards or complex transactions Coordinate with actuarial, investment, and other teams for data inputs required for Ind AS reporting Support automation/process improvement initiatives in financial reporting.
