ReNew stands committed to providing clean, safe, affordable, and sustainable energy for all and has been at the forefront of leading climate action in India. **Job Description** Position: Network Lead – IT & Infrastructure **Experience:** 12-15 Years Education & Certifications - B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE/Electrical), MCA, or M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) - Preferred: CCNA, CCNP, Juniper Certifications - Preferred: ISO 27001, IEC 62443, OT Security, or equivalent Cybersecurity Certifications Role Purpose Lead the design, security, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide IT and OT network infrastructure across corporate offices, manufacturing plants, renewable energy sites, data centers, and remote locations. Ensure secure, scalable, and highly available network operations supporting multi-site business environments. Key Responsibilities Network Architecture & Infrastructure - Design and manage IT/OT network architecture across corporate, manufacturing, and operational sites. - Establish network standards, governance, and deployment frameworks. - Implement network segmentation aligned with Purdue Architecture. - Ensure high availability, redundancy, disaster recovery, and business continuity. - Manage LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, internet, cloud, and data center connectivity. Security & Firewall Management - Manage NGFW platforms including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, and Check Point. - Implement Zero Trust, SASE, VPN, NAC, IDS/IPS, Secure Remote Access, and network segmentation solutions. - Conduct security audits, firewall reviews, compliance checks, and vulnerability remediation. Routing, Switching & Wireless - Oversee Cisco, Juniper, HPE/Aruba, and Ruckus environments. - Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, and SD-WAN. - Design and support enterprise wireless networks using Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper Mist, and Ruckus. OT Network & Compliance - Strong understanding of SCADA, PLC Communication, Industrial Ethernet, and OT Security. - Design secure IT-OT convergence and segmentation models. - Ensure compliance with IEC 62443, ISO 27001, CERT-In advisories, and industry cybersecurity standards.
