Position: Deputy Manager / Manager Business Development Multiple Openings: Mumbai | Kerala | Bangalore About the Role Devyani International Limited (DIL) is looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to support business growth across our brand portfolio. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth initiatives across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to drive growth across DIL’s brand portfolio. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, landlords, aggregators, and other strategic stakeholders. • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and expansion opportunities. • Lead the end-to-end business development cycle, including prospect identification, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. • Track business performance metrics, prepare periodic reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. • Represent DIL at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new opportunities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Ideal Experience: Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience for the Deputy Manager role and 7–10 years for the Manager role in business development, sales, key account management, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing key client relationships. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to build relationships and achieve business targets. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
