Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Duties and Responsibilities • Support field through trouble shooting on system • Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT • Monthly hold clearance • Process Analysis Sharing of best practices with team. • Coordinate with Salesensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT. • Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process • Liasoning with functional team Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap Required Qualifications and Experience
