Job Summary: Looking for an Assistant Manager with 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes and strong team handling expertise. Responsible for managing financial reporting, month-end close, and ensuring compliance and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end RTR cycle (GL, month-end close, reporting) • Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements • Lead and manage team, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence • Handle audits, compliance, and internal controls • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives Mandatory Requirements: • 10+ years of RTR experience • Strong team handling experience • Expertise in end-to-end RTR processes • Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
