**Job Summary:** Looking for an Assistant Manager with 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes and strong team handling expertise. Responsible for managing financial reporting, month-end close, and ensuring compliance and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end RTR cycle (GL, month-end close, reporting) - Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements - Lead and manage team, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence - Handle audits, compliance, and internal controls - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives **Mandatory Requirements:** - 10+ years of RTR experience - Strong team handling experience - Expertise in end-to-end RTR processes - Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
