Job Title: Commission Analyst Work Model: Hybrid (2 days WFO) Experience: 6+ Years Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Commission Analyst to join our Financial Control & Compliance (FCC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, projecting, and synthesizing HR and financial data to ensure accurate and timely commission and accounting provision calculations. Key Responsibilities • Commission Calculations: • Calculate variable commission payouts for various schemes using HR and financial datasets. • Integrate manual adjustments, mission/secondment corrections, guaranteed minimum variables, and prior-period updates. • Review calculations and flag anomalies with the Social Management Control team. • Prepare and submit all calculation and payroll import files ahead of initial payroll runs. • Update and adapt Excel calculation templates as compensation schemes evolve. • Utilize AI tools and training to translate French-language document references and reports into English. • Economic Performance & Steering: • Calculate commission-related accounting provisions based on monthly financial performance. • Analyze trends and variance in commission payouts relative to overall business activity and generate regular analytical reports. • Collaboration & Leadership: • Provide technical guidance, training, and operational support to team members. • Interface cross-functionally to resolve complex payroll, financial, or data discrepancies smoothly. Candidate Profile & Qualifications • Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA in Finance preferred. • Experience: Prior experience in the Staffing / Recruitment industry is highly preferred. • Excel Mastery: Advanced/Expert proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, modeling, pivot tables, data manipulation) is strictly required. • Technical Literacy: Hands-on experience navigating financial information systems, databases, and reporting tools. • Communication: Strong English communication skills with the ability to navigate cross-functional stakeholder conversations.
