Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets in the assigned region. • Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand the customer base. • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements : • 0-5 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (NBFC). • Strong understanding of b2c lending products such as personal loans, business loans, microfinance etc. • Proven track record in direct sales or channel management.
