**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets in the assigned region. - Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand the customer base. - Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. **Job Requirements :** - 0-5 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (NBFC). - Strong understanding of b2c lending products such as personal loans, business loans, microfinance etc. - Proven track record in direct sales or channel management.
