DevOps Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, containerization, and automation, and will play a key role in enabling fast, reliable, and secure software delivery. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and manage **cloud infrastructure on AWS** on Demand. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using **Jenkins** (Declarative & Scripted/Groovy) - Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration - Develop automation scripts and tooling using **Python** - Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/CloudFormation - Administer and support developer tools including JFrog Artifactory - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux-based environments - Implement and maintain SLOs, observability, and reliability practices - Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows - Ensure security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines **Must-Have Skills** - AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch) - Docker & container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) - Kubernetes (EKS) at scale - Helm charts and GitOps - Jenkins pipeline development (Groovy, shared libraries) - Python scripting and automation - Git-based workflows and branching strategies - Strong Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu) - CI/CD pipeline design and implementation **Required Skills** - Infrastructure as Code - Terraform and/or CloudFormation - Networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, firewalls) - Shell scripting (Bash) - Configuration management (Ansible) - Secrets management and security hardening **Good to Have** - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, etc.) to build and optimize solutions - Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) - Service mesh experience (Istio/Envoy) - Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer) - JFrog Artifactory administration and repository management - Knowledge on Curation **Qualifications** - 4+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments
