Responsible for ensuring CMDB accuracy, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of configuration management processes. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB aligned with CSDM and best practices. • Manage CMDB governance, integrity, reconciliation, and lifecycle processes. • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery and MID Servers. • Implement Service Mapping for business-critical services and applications. • Manage Cloud Discovery across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments. • Monitor and improve CMDB Health metrics including Completeness, Correctness, and Compliance. • Support onboarding of infrastructure assets including servers, databases, network devices, storage, virtualization, and cloud resources. Required Skills • ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB Health. • Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE). • CSDM and Service Graph Connectors. • MID Server administration and troubleshooting. • JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. • ITIL process knowledge. Infrastructure Domain Knowledge • Windows and Linux Servers • VMware and virtualization technologies • Network technologies including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Load Balancers • Databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL • Storage and backup technologies Cloud Expertise • Microsoft Azure • Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Hybrid and multi-cloud discovery and integrations Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow CSA • ServiceNow CIS - Discovery • ServiceNow CAD • ITIL Foundation
